For the third year running, the Poetry Society has joined forces with Writing on the Wall to put a call out to all Liverpool young poets. Spoken word artist Nikki Blaze will run a FREE workshop to help them sharpen up their writing and performance skills at the Black-E Arts Centre on Saturday 30 October 2010. Anyone taking part will automatically be entered into SLAMbassadors UK. Contact Bea Colley by emailing here or calling 020 7420 9894 to book your place!

We had an amazing Tower Hamlets Showcase event with performers from Morpeth, Langdon Park and George Green Schools appearing alongside poets from Barnet Libraries, plus mentors Joelle Taylor, Sin1 and PACE. Thanks to ALL of the schools that took part in workshops and came along to the Showcase. Hope to see some of you in the final!
